Extracts quantization parameter (QP) values from video files on a per-frame, per-macroblock basis.

Supported codecs:

  • MPEG-2
  • MPEG-4 Part 2
  • H.264 / AVC

Requirements:

Installation:

pip3 install ffmpeg-debug-qp
